Frequently asked questions
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is from 4:00 pm and check-out is by 10:00 am. Flexible timing is often possible depending on the changeover, just ask.
Is there a security deposit?
Yes, a refundable damage deposit is held before arrival and returned within a few days of check-out, subject to a normal inspection.
What is the cancellation policy?
We offer a fair, clearly stated cancellation policy that we'll confirm with your booking. Contact us for the current terms for your dates.
Are pets allowed?
We're sorry, but pets are not permitted at the villa.
Is the pool private and heated?
Yes. The pool is private, for your group's exclusive use, and heated, so it's comfortable to swim in well beyond the summer months.
Is the villa suitable for children?
Very much so. There's plenty of space, a table-tennis table and safe garden areas, and we keep a selection of pool toys for younger guests. Just tell us their ages and we'll be glad to advise.
Is cleaning included?
A final clean and fresh linens and towels are included. Mid-stay cleaning and extra services can be arranged.
Is there parking?
Yes, there is private parking at the villa. A car is recommended to make the most of the area.
